Considering theyre the same muscle group it seems like most of them are all worked together, (chest shoulders and triceps). Is it over kill to try to Target each one individually? I usually do this considering that even though they might work together one may be getting more of a workout than another. BUT This takes really long. Below is a list of workouts I currently do on my push days...I don't do all of them but I try to hit 6. (I count front and lateral raises as one) Should I aim for less like 4 of is 6 fine as long as I alternate and try to hit each of the three muscles?
4x10 Raises 15 Lateral and front
Shoulder press 25
Ticep extension 50
Chest press machine 90
Chest press 25
Fly machine 75
Push down 85
Rear delt 75 [3 x10]
