When comparing progress pics / scale weight do you take glycogen weight into consideration?
Post Body

If your comparing progress pictures & weight on the scale after a cut is it best to eat at maintenance for a while to get a true scale weight? For instance if you have a progress pic where your glycogen stores are full & you have another progress pic where your still on a cut but your glycogen stores are depleted the scale weight could potentially be up to 10lb less then when your back at maintenance which could give you a false comparison. I know when I came off my last cut my scale weight shot up by about 10lb over a short period.
