I am doing the Reddit PPL on a cut and I'm experiencing something strange. My workout days are Sunday to Thursday with rest on a Friday and Saturday. From Monday to Thursday I workout at around 10pm and Sunday from 4pm. I get a lot of rest on Friday and Saturday a lot more then through the week. I lower my fat on a Saturday and eat more carbs but still stay within my deficit. For some reason even though I have way more rest over her weekend my Sunday workout is really hard. My bench drops a lot compared to my other push day through the week. The only thing that I can say is different on a weekend is that i don't take BCAA or creatine on my rest days.
Any advice?
