I'm about to head out of town for 10 days and won't be able to hit the gym. How should I change my diet?
Post Body
I typically eat quite a lot of food (usually white rice) as I do lots of cardio (involves a 35 minute intense run) and lifting a day but that's about to stop as I head out of town. As I will not be able to complete my cardio and lifting should I scale back how much I eat to avoid gaining weight that would not be burned off (as I am unable to exercise to burn it off)
