Will training the same thing for two days in a row be bad if I take a longer rest afterwards?
Post Body
Recently I got into doing freestyle calisthenics and I mean REALLY into it. Yesterday I did regular pullup training followed by swing/pullup 360 training for 2 hours. Today I got bored sitting around at home and went for 2 more hours of swing 360 training despite having a bit of sore. I'm wondering if my strength and endurance gains from my training will be affected due to overtraining. If so, will resting for the next 2 days help?
