Too much protein?

I'm bulking currently, and as such I'm eating about 275 grams of protein per day. I eat this because protein seems to help keep me full moreso than other macro nutrients, as even while bulking I'm hungry.
I've seen people warning about kidney damage and problems with eating too much protein, but is this realistic? And will I run into problems eating at the amount I am?
