Should I still do my daily workout even though my head hurts and overly fatigued?

It's 12:52 AM right now and I just got home from a long day of work. I really want to hit the bed right now but my conscience is guilt tripping me into doing my nightly workout.

Is it okay for me to pass out right now? Or are there no repercussions in me working out right now even though I'm tired as shit.
