I'm currently doing ICF, Just finished up my first cut(Between 190 and 195 to between 165 and 170, started January/February) and have been maintaining for the last few weeks.
Maxes: Bench- 155 lbs, Squat- 225lbs, Deadlift- 255lbs, OHP- 85 lbs
I've been training for about six months now, and recently I have noticed my OHP has been lagging behind and I've been having trouble increasing it, sometimes I have even felt like it has only gotten weaker. Can you guys check my form?
My deadlift isn't really that weak, but I've had trouble increasing it as my spinal erectors always give out when going heavy and I go into spinal flexion even though I can lift the weight up fairly easily.
Also after reviewing my Deadlift footage, I realized that I wasn't fully locking out.
One more thing, I put up a form check for squats a week or so ago, and so more opinions on it would be appreciated.
