So I know this kind of product centered post is discouraged, but I've gotten to the point in my lifting career where I need some kind of preworkout. When I first started lifting I'd use jack3d that my friend always had on hand, but unfortunately, the formula has changed, and it doesnt give me the same kick. I remember that when I'd take a preworkout, it would basically force me to go to the gym, because I'd have this energy to work off. This leads me to my question: what is your favorite preworkout these days? Also, I'd like to say beforehand, yes having a cup of coffee and a banana has helped, but I'm looking for something more, just raw energy.
