SOS. please help, stuck in a rut, I feel bloated, cant sleep well, running a 1500 calorie intake.

title sums it up, I lost 80 pounds in 4-5 months. I am still eating healthy but ive recently stopped tracking my food and working out. I am a very disciplined military raised individual this is not like me... I am on a high protien diet and my body feels heavy and not clean and light like several weeks ago. My sleep habbit went to waking up every 3 hours.... I get home and have no energy/drive to do what I love and makes me feel great. What happened?

Thank you everyone for your advice and support from looking at my tdee i should be consuming 2,300calories so think that may be the issue from all the advice I've gotten :) . Forgot to add I currently weigh 220 lbs.
