So lately, I have been having pretty bad dry heaves, almost to the puking point, after taking some supplements.
In the morning, I take 2 thermo (hydroxy next gen), and 3 orange triad. I have breakfast about 20-30 minutes later.
Through school, I sip on whey protein and BCAAs.
At noon, I take 1 thermo, and 2 orange triad.
Then I lift on an empty stomach, at least 3-4 hours. I take 1 scoop of pre (~400mg caffeine) and 1 orange triad.
Then I take my PWO protein. During school, I don't feel that bad. I usually just feel terrible in the morning and right when I take my pre before lifting. I just finished an off cycle no more than 2 weeks ago and Now I'm back on it (usually 2 on, 1 off) .
My initial thought was too many stims, but I've done similar cycles before and have never had such bad dry heaves.
What is my problem?
