Strengthening my bad shoulder
Post Body
Hi all,
My senior year of high school, I subluxated my left shoulder (separates then goes right back in) playing lacrosse and did not finish my physical therapy sessions because I was 17 and dumb and wanted to play in hockey nationals 5 weeks later.
Now I'm 20 and my left shoulder is incredibly weak. It just feels loose and, since it's not my dominant arm, it is rarely used.
This makes any two arm workouts incredibly difficult, including bench presses and rows. I've completely avoided them as a result and I feel shitty.
What are some exercises that I can do that are "safe" for the shoulder and to strengthen the surrounding muscles?
