Exhaustion. Am I pushing too hard?
Post Body

So I'm usually EXHAUSTED about an hour or so after I work out. Tired enough that I can barely keep my eyes open. Which sucks because I work out before work and have to force myself up before I go in. Am I training too hard? Not getting enough nutrients? Or maybe other underlying issues?

I'm currently doing a 4 day split. Chest/Tris Back/Bi's Legs/Shoulders Abs/Cardio/Full Body followed by a rest day. I'm bulking so I'm getting around 3,000 calories a day and Macros set at 170g protein 170 carbs 30g fats. I've also been taking medication for substance abuse issues called Zubsolv (suboxone) but haven't heard of any side effects talking about extreme exhaustion.

I was hoping I would just "grow" out of this but it has been a problem for the last 3 months. Maybe it's normal. If anyone has any info it would help alot. Thanks!
