I am confused and completely new to this. Me and my workout buddy have been hitting the gym and doing various arm lifts and leg machines as well as planks and squats. I have lost weight, gained it the maintained it for a week and after a huge weight workout yesterday, gained 4 lbs! Not sure if this is normal. I cut out soda this past week and ate more veggies and chicken versus beef and potatoes. Sw:245 cw: 240 I should mention I have lost 10 inches total all over my body in 2 months, waist is down like 3.
