Title. I have been a strength lifter for a while, and although my weight fluctuates like the seasons I can generally always get results when I put my mind to it. My OHP sucks major balls, and I've narrowed the problem down to rep/weight ratio, but I also wondered, how far apart do you keep your hands? I watch a lot of strongmen lift and they seem to keep their hands barely on the outside of the shoulders, while olympic lifters have their hands much wider (to compensate for their power clean). Any opinions? I'd love to hear them.
