Is it okay do have a rounded upper back when deadlifting heavy?
Post Body
When I do lower weights with sets I keep my back straight and I try to maintain that 3 point touch I saw on Elliot Hulse's video. On heavier weights though I can't help but slightly bend my upper back. Is this okay?
