Do DOMS really go away after working out for a long time?
Post Body

What I mean is after working out, do you only feel slight soreness instead of the heavy doms. I remember my first time squatting and deadlifting, my legs and lower back got some doms for about a week but now I can only feel slight soreness. Is this normal, or does it mean I have to increase intensity?
