I feel like hamstrings bottleneck my squat. Any ways to quickly blast them and increase in strength?
Post Body

I don't think I have ever trained my hamstrings, but I have trained my quads in some flag football(was a lineman). Anyway I don't really get my quads sore during squats but I feel like I can't hold the weight because my hamstrings are hurting so much. Is this normal for squat? Currently doing 5x5 for ~ 165 lbs. I feel the most pain on my hamstrings and the muscle in my inner thighs.

I have been neglecting the leg curls because I feel like it cuts blood flow to my legs. By the time I hit reps 7 I can barely feel my legs. Should I go 5x5s here? Also do RDLs hit the hamstrings hard? It seems that it only stretches them.

Aside from those 2 are there anymore you can suggest that really blasts the hamstring hard?
