How can I sweat more?

When I am exercising/working out and starting to expend heat, I never sweat. My skin just gets really red and hot and puffy - like all the blood is flowing to my capillaries to be cooled off by the surface of my skin.

I have friends that I work out with and they sweat to cool off. This seems to be much more effective and what I want to do anyways. I have also noticed that it helps their skin alot- like its purged by sweat passing through it.

Is there anything I can do?
