Need advice on a 2-3 day split for a guy looking to maximize time at the gym

I'm 5'11" and about 175lbs. I'm in decent shape and have been working out pretty regularly for the last 2 years or so. I had been roughly doing a 4 days split where I would do:

Shoulders Chest Abs/Back/Core Bi's/Tri's

Leg day thrown in when I feel like it

Not the greatest, I know.

What I am hoping someone can help me with is a recommendation for a 2-3 day split because my job is making it difficult for me to get to the gym as often as I like so I could go 2 weeks between shoulder days and I feel like I'm missing out and could get more from a full body workout on a 2-3 day split.

Any input is greatly appreciated
