Hey Fittit, I'm been stepping up at the gym recently, getting a good mix of high intensity cardio, and doing some free weights. At the moment I'm about 1st overweight, but have noticed a definite improvement in tone, and core shape, but am struggling to lose the flab. I'm not bothering to weigh myself (I'm far too obsessive to start), but would like to make that last push. I eat pretty healthy (I think), but would appreciate if anyone could suggest general patterns, ideas, or superfoods to help with natural weight loss (no fad diets wanted). Thanks in advance.
