I noticed some unusual soreness in my lower back after finishing lifting on Friday.
I've just gotten back into the swing of things this week, and I did bench/squat/deadlift accessory lifts MWF this week.
On F I significantly increased my deadweight and squat, from 135 and 145 on M to 185 and 165 respectively on F.
Is this just DOMS in my lower back from increasing my lifts? I felt it pretty strongly in my quads/glutes after M but not so much there, just my lower back after F.
I could probably use a form check. Is it rude to ask someone to use my phone to record me instead of just asking if they think it looks alright themselves? I don't really have a gym partner.

Edit to clarify that my back felt fine during the workout, and afterwards and Friday, I just noticed soreness Saturday afternoon.
