I'm exhausted during the week. I don't know how the rest of you manage.
I work a 4 day, 10 hour a day workweek. Whatsmore, since my exercise of choice is martial arts, M-TH I do 2 hours of class. This leaves me at about 6 hours of sleep per night during the week. I know this isn't enough, and I feel it. To get more sleep I'd have to cut out gym time.
Yes, I can dose up on caffeine to help, but that doesn't do much to help the mental fatigue.
How do you guys keep up with the mental fatigue when going to the gym cuts into your ability to get 8 hours of sleep? Also, how badly (if at all) is the poor sleep during the week impacting me physically?
