I have always hated most fruits and veggies. My experience growing up has always been canned green beans, spinach, and other stuff that just has no taste or texture other than soggy and gross. I've recently started roasting sweet potatoes and green beans (not together!) they are delicious. How else can I vegetable, and extra points for fruiting. I'm not crazy about bananas, and things with lots of tiny seeds kind of freak me out, so no strawberries. What else can I eat/do to get around this mental road block?
