Hi,
I've started reading starting strength, and I have no prior experience with squats. Could anyone give me suggestions on my squat form?
Once my form has the /r/fitness seal of approval, I'll start adding weights.
I will mention that the day after I did these squats, I noticed my upper back felt a little bit of pain. I think it was simply soreness caused by flexing my shoulders tightly while the bar rested on the shoulders. :P But I'd appreciate any other feedback if you don't think that was the cause.
