I let myself go but I'm turning it around.

From 2022 to the end of 2023, while dealing with depression and other personal issues, I put on almost 80 lbs. After taking time for myself and healing I've gotten myself so far to loose 34 lbs so far. I'm working hard to loose all this excess weight my mental issues caused me. Since I e started losing the weight I feel better everyday and the more I work out, the more motivated I am to succeed. I'm still a long way off from my goal but I will achieve it!
