Does mw19 support survival mode offline?

I own modern warfare 2019 on steam but my Internet is currently out so I can't play spec ops or mp against bots. Is it possible to download the fitgirl version to play offline? Just annoying these modern cod games require internet access even for offline. I know the cold war client works offline but wasn't sure about modern warfare.
Curious if mw3 works as well offline
