need help with link's awakening

downloaded The Legend of Zelda - Links Awakening [FitGirl Repack] and saw that the yuzu version that comes with is old and outdated (version 559), i have an newer one with zelda totk, can i just import the game folder to the newer version of yuzu? will it run better? is it possible? tried finding the game folder but couldn't manage to do it aswell, can someone help me?
