I told them that there were many more, they said they'd check, and they never responded again. My only assumption is that they got laid off.

Can you find another person? I'm another post from a couple of days ago you said you'd have someone look at my key fob issues. No one got back to me. It would be great if someone could get back to me ASAP as I can't always get in my car or lock it when I get out. My app has stopped connecting so I can't even use that as a back up method.

On top of all of this insanity, my screen went from just glitching yesterday to completely blacking out occasionally. I couldn't put in a case because no one answered the phone.
