budget 100-150 ish can go up if it’s worth it and good quality eu market so not all brands available but most is here

I want to exsperince an ultra but leaning toward light for the better durability and versatility. mostly only trout and perch here but want to catch bigger fish eventually. light rod I can use a bit heavier line and lures but still have great sensitivity and control helping to securing the catch. but i am a bit torn since I hear so much good about ultralight and I want to experience it and can use a cheap bigger stiffer rod for bigger fish price matters less with heavier rods if I understand that right and a cheap one would work fine for that purpose
