How to find daily fish stocking dates?

So I'm from Alberta Canada, and thus year I want to go fishing early in the season.
How long should I wait after they stock the lake to actually go fishing? Like should I fish the day after they stock, or wait a week?
I have found charts online, but they only tell me that the lakes are going to be stocked me forever May 21. Is there any way to find a chart telling me a more specific date?
