We have an AMA coming up tomorrow with Josh Niland, an expert in fin to tail fish preparation. If you've ever wanted to try cooking something with the organs of a fish, Niland's a great person to ask.
We at /r/AskCulinary would love to have fisherfolk like you join our AMA to talk about what your catching these days and talk about interesting culinary opportunities with us.
Where I am, the salmon run is in full swing. The roe is going to be phat and I have no idea what to do with the male counterpart to roe, but I'm looking forward to asking.
We're taking questions ahead of time to help those with time zone issues here:

We look forward to hearing about your catch!
