Is a 650K home affordable in my situation???

I'm in my late 30s and my wife and I are planning to purchase a home next year.
We have a combined income of about 325K. I make 225K (not including bonus) and she makes around 94K bonus.
I have about 3K in CC debt and 29K in Student loans.
Wife has no debt, only a 500/month care lease.
We plan to put down about 60-70K and we will have a cash reserve of about 50K.
Would a 650K home in VA be affordable? We currently live in NYC. Sidenote - My wife's pay may decrease around 20K from the move.
