USDA loan income limits
Post Body

Husband and I have started the research towards our first home. I became really excited about getting an USDA loan BUT our combined income seems to be over the income limit for any area. I have a bit of debt in my name student loans and I am co-signer on my mom's home. Does anyone have experience with how they weigh all these factors? Does it make sense to hope that my debt out-weights our combined income and we may still qualify?
