Our home inspection was done today so we aren’t far off from closing. A little back story. We put in an offer and the seller had 10 days to agree and get the home inspection done. They requested more time to get some repairs they had already intended to make done. So it was extended to 20 days... the day after both I and the seller signed the extension. The seller the very next day raises the listing price on the house on every realtor site by almost 10000 dollars. My first question is is that weird to do.
Secondly we went there for the inspection and the inspection asked if the house was in anyway different from the last time we were here. We said no and he said ok we’ll that’s not good that they asked for an extra 10 days and there is no visible work done. Is this strange to anyone else. It’s kinda giving me and the wife a bad guy feeling now and figured we’d reach out to see if anyone else experienced it or it sounds weird to anyone else
