I am going to be a first time homeowner soon. Looking for tips on maintaining home.
Someone told me the foundation needs to be watered at some intervals.
How to prevent bugs in the backyard? How to optimize the backyard space?( on a very low budget)
Tips for keeping the house clean? Getting a robo vaccuum. What else? Is it worth getting smart bulbs/switches?
I am considering getting an inexpensive keypad lock. Something like the one from TEECHO from Amazon ($39). Any alternative suggestion?Guessing if someone was breaking in, they would just break the window.
Home security- thinking of getting the blink camera set of 4 with the sync module. And motion sensor/solar flood lights and some small solar lamps for the backyard.
My kitchen sink is on the island. How to keep the clutter off? Dish wand/sponge/soap etc, how to keep them organized and out of sight?
Open to any and every suggestion. What worked for you? What took you too much time to realize? What would you different? What you wish you had know?
