Just got the keys !! Need recommendations.

Today we closed the house and got the keys. What would you guys suggest for my to do list apart from these

Change address on USPS, Banks etc Cleaning the house using cleaners (any recommended ones in Beaverton Oregon area? ) Buy furniture Install security system Convert devices to smart home devices Installing central air conditioning system. Internet and utility transfer. Change locks

Any good ideas for decoration? The outlook of this townhouse is normal so we would like to do some renovation like removing carpets and replacing it with vinyl flooring, changing ceiling lights , changing the outlook of bathrooms etc
