Anyone else feel like they made the biggest mistake of their life? When does it get better?
Post Body

27m closed on my first home December 11th. Moved in on the 17th. Got all the inspections done, all clear, home warranty in case something went wrong. Well here we are a week after moving in and everything has gone upside down. Sewer drain is blocked causing raw sewage to flood my basement and backup my toilets. Electric is fucked so we canโ€™t use the outlets. Water heater is dead. Car is dead (unrelated). All claims were denied so far and has all come out of my own pocket. Everyone keeps saying congrats and how exciting but this has been the most miserable two weeks of my life. So just asking when does it ever get better? Or is this just what itโ€™s like to be a homeowner? If so I want my money back
