about to close on my first house which is on a .45 acre plot of land in Oregon.
I would get a dog but that’s later. I was offered to get home security, but there are so many, ive heard good and bad things about ADT, so trying to see what other options are out there, if i should get one, or diy?
would you recommend/get a home security system? if so, which one? what plan?
also, when it comes to home insurance, which one did you go with? what kind of coverage do you usually look for in home insurance?
i’m a vet so i have USAA and stuff available to me as well.
