Heatnglo doesn’t like lighting when it gets cold
Post Body
Hey all! Looking for any guidance. When I click the on button the igniter does light and I can see the flame, but it times out before the fireplace lights. I have to reset it manually then try again. I have had the fireplace professionally serviced, but this is an ongoing issue. Again, if it’s in the 50’s or 60’s outside it ls fine. Just not when it’s cold, you know, when you really want the fire place on! Any ideas!?
