How big of a deal is this?
Post Body
Looking into buying this home, absolutely love it but one of the things that came up on the inspection was this crack in the fireplace. How big of a deal is something like this to fix? Like length of job and cost and how much will they have to tear up (if anything) to fix it? Also attached a picture of the outside of the building, the fireplace is not ground level, not sure if that would change anything. I would love any insight or advice. Thanks
