Welcome to the new sub! For those who don’t know, this is an outshoot of r/trap created because of a growing interest in the community in the newer waves of House music - namely Tech House, Bass House, G-House, Future House etc. This is not a place for other contemporary forms of House music such as Bigroom or Progressive House.

A few quick rules from the mods before we invite you to participate and explore a whole new scene of music:

1. All song posts should be in the format of Artist Name - Track Name (Remixer if applicable). No rips/leaks/demos etc. Please post official links only.
2. Throwbacks are only allowed on the weekends between 12 am EST Saturday and 12 am EST Monday. This rule will not be enforced for the first week to help establish the music in the sub.
3. No first attempts/feedback posts - these will go in the monthly producers thread.
4. No self-promo of tracks/mixes.
5. Meetup requests, ID requests, memes, and artist photos are only allowed in the weekly discussion thread.
6. Don’t be a dick.
7. Mods have full discretion to remove posts for music not within the House flavor of the sub.
