How to move hamburger menu to far right and remove odd gap when not maximised

I just found out about firefox themeing an hour or so ago and so far am happy with my results except for two things I can't figure out myself.

After merging my url and tab bars, I want the hamburger menu to be in the far left side of the screen in the gap where the min,max,close buttons used to reside.
When I'm not maximised, there's an odd gap next to the url bar - how can I remove that? minimised gap visible, maximised gap gone
Bonus question: Can I make the 'hitbox' for the tabs a bit taller? Since putting the url bar up there, I have to aim slightly below the top of them to actually register.
