I graduated high school in May, and a job that sounds cool, simple enough, helps the community, pays okay, is fire investigator. However, no one would hire and train a fire investigator would doesn't have prior fire fighting experience. So I want to come straight to you guys and just ask what it entails to be a fire fighter? I like being responsive and strong and helpful, but what is it really like to do this? What are the hard truths of being a fire fighter or any careers within the fire fighting world?
