Well I had my final interview to be a full time firefighter on Monday! It's taken 5 years to get to that point and man am I anxious to get a call. They are hiring 3 and I know at max there are only 5 candidates left. I scored very well on the written and feel very confident with my panel interview. I've heard from everyone that spoke to the detective during background that I have a good shot at getting it, but no call yet. They did say that they'd be making decisions that Monday. I've heard no news is good news, but I'm just in a bind right now trying to provide for my family and it's got me looking on the negative side of things I guess.
I did call the day after just to get some emails of the interviewers so I could write them thank you emails. What's y'all's opinion? How long did it take for y'all to hear back?
