I’ve been a firefighter in Texas for the past 5 years and have enjoyed my time in the service, but I want a change of pace and to see the world a little bit. I’ve been doing research into contract firefighting to even see if it’s a legit thing. I know there’s places out there that have staffing shortages so it’s not out of the realm of possibility for contract firefighting to be legit. Could someone point me in the right direction or give me a website if this is real because I’m extremely interested.
