Video Feed = Bandwidth nightmare

Post Body

I have an app that allows users to post videos and then of course..a video feed displaying the videos.

When I go to the video feed (right now I have three videos loaded only),I do have the videos cached but since I'll be displaying random videos to the user, I still would need to download the videos initially. Also noting the video length are all under 30 seconds.

My question would be should I just pay to exceed the limit or am I doing anything wrong on my end possibly that is shooting the bandwidth up?
