An European trying to understand the US "Tax Stamp" system

So let's say that I've got an AR-15 pistol variant with less than 16" barrel.
And I want it all tacticool with a stock, vertical grip, suppressor and an automatic bang bang switch.
Is it possible to have it all on one gun?
If yes, than would all the tax stams cost me 800$ (4x200$) or is the tax stamp price for owning a vertical grip on a gun different than for owning a suppressor for example?
