just picked up the book after getting reccomended it to me by alot of people on youtube. so i got the book but looked at the 1 star reviews afterwars and was wondering how good the book actually is? by good i mean how accurate the points made are. this one review in particular concerned me.

"This book is like a 6th grader incorrectly explaining 10th grade math to 4th graders. The 4th graders are impressed but anyone who knows anything about the subject is simultaneously laughing at how wrong they are and angry that he's passing himself off as an expert."

does john west really know his shit? or is he just passing off some bullshit.
