To everyone concerned about the game's future, this is what we know so far about it
Post Body

So, since a lot of people seem to be worried about the future of the game, and the retention of players it will have in the future (Hello pokemon Go!), this is all we know about the future of it:

  • There will be 2 story mode updates per month, that means at least 2 set of 5 quests, that's 30 orbs if we assume all 3 dificulties are released.

  • They are considering more uses for the friends system.

  • We will get special vortex called Great Heroes Battles where heroes are much stronger than normal.

  • There will be a login bonus (like the current daily 2 orbs)

  • All 5 stars base characters won't necessarily be stronger than non 5 stars base.

  • They will release new characters and skills often (based on current banner, it looks like every 15 days like the updates).

  • They plan to do special things to promote fire emblem games like Fire emblem Echoes.

Based on all this, people shouldn't have problem with keeping a "good" team, having a decent free source of orbs and have things to do, if they plan on making FEH like every other gacha game (phantom of the kill, Brave frontier, Final fantasy brave exvius, Chain chronicles, FF: Record keeper, Tales of Links, etc), the key to success is knowing how to manage resources and looks like Nintendo (well, technically it's Intelligent Systems) is very forgiving about mistakes done by the players, with things like Increased 5* rates when you don't get one, the ability to upgrade to max rarity any heroe and that not all 5* base heroes are better than 3-4* base ones.

The game is only 2 days, pokemon shuffle wasn't in a better spot when it was released, now they have so many events that they don't even know what to do first anymore, Nintendo so far looks like a good company mobile wise when they are the ones who control it (Aka no pokemon Go).
